AECivil, Inc.’s primary focus is on new commercial construction projects in the Greater Denver Metropolitan area including, but not limited to, wet Utility’s, grading, and earthwork. We also work with local Sanitation districts and Engineering firms doing system rehabilitation and maintenance.

Troy Smith, President

Troy Smith is a seasoned construction professional with 25+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction. He has comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry from INITIAL development & design to finished product. Troy has established professional relationships with many state and federal government entities, city inspectors, and General contractors. Troy is a leader who possess excellent team building and leadership skills with a keen focus on safety and quality of workmanship.
